Subscription Terms

 

By subscribing to one of our service plans (Essentials or Premium), you agree to the following:

 

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment partner.

  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term (monthly or annual), unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [info@havtechnc.com]. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle—no partial refunds for unused time will be issued.

  • Service Coverage: Subscription benefits are available only to customers within our active service area. On-site support is subject to scheduling availability and may vary based on location.

 

 


 

 

Refund Policy

 

We stand by the quality of our service, but we understand that situations change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our team:

 

  • Monthly Plans: No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has started. You may cancel future billing at any time.

  • Annual Plans: Refunds for annual plans are available only within the first 14 days of purchase and will be prorated based on usage and any services rendered during that time.

  • Service Disruptions: If HavTech is unable to deliver agreed-upon services due to issues on our end (e.g., technician unavailability, scheduling errors), we will either reschedule promptly or issue a service credit at our discretion.

  • Custom Work or One-Time Jobs: Any custom projects or one-time service requests outside of a subscription are non-refundable once work has begun.
